3. Mobile Applications

Our mobile applications are made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is also subject to the applicable terms of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively. We are solely responsible for our applications and their content, not Apple or Google.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
